Poor communication, failed shipments and added charges
Nice person in customer service helped me find my lost shipments and file damage claims.
Shipments constantly missed scheduled, over priced (after comparing with another 3pl) and no followup with pricing requests.
Advice for management:
Train staff to work with customers better, understand the value of a repeat shipper and the need to go the extra mile.
